How do you dispose of a mattress and box spring set?

Also, I’m pretty sure the bed is so worn and saggy that no charity would take it as a donation. I had a similar experience while trying to get rid of a couch a couple of years ago.

Does a bed frame for a King Mattress work for a California King Mattress?
