Mattress Set?

I purchased a mattress set in Jan. Within 3 weeks there appeared a body mark~an imprint of the body~1&1/2″ deep. I contacted the mfg. and was told I was to have rotated the mattress every 2 weeks for 6 months. I received no instructions to do so at the store. I have asked them to take the mattress back. It is financed and the store told me was between me and the finance company, ” We have our money”. BTW, in small print the invoice says “in store return only”. I don’t want another of their mattresses or anything of equal value. I feel I was taken advantage of. My husband is 90 and I’m within site of Medicare, myself. I feel I was not advised of what was expected of me and there is no way I would have made the purchase if I had been told to rotate with that frequency with no handles to even complete the task. I have found company that makes mattresses the old fashioned way. I still owe more than $900. What recourse do I have? Until now, my credit history has been flawless.
